Pragma Dental surpassed my expectations in the best way possible! I loved how professional, communicative, and caring the entire team is. My dental hygienist Crystal was the sweetest. She made sure I stayed informed throughout my appointment and continuously asked if I was doing fine. Elizabeth at the front along with Miranda were also very sweet and comprehensive when it came to a couple things that were needed from my previous dentist. Overall the experience was phenomenal! I don’t think I have truly been to a dental office that is as professional and patient care oriented! My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Grace for years now. She and her staff are all incredibly professional, friendly, and make sure you are as comfortable as possible at every interaction. The office and treatment rooms are always sparking clean, and we have never had anything but a wonderful experience. Krystin, our hygienist, always has us on her schedule when we each come in, and she is the sweetest person ever. We are always in good hands with her. I was recommended by my partner to try out Pragma and honestly I would give them so many more stars if it were possible. Such a wonderful experience, from the front desk interaction, to my dental assistant Gabby being so attentive, and then Dr. Grace Jun giving me a direct plan to get me where I want to be. The atmosphere was relaxing with some of my favorite tunes playing and soothed the anxiety I feel when dreading the dentist. Everyone was super nice and so accommodating. She consistently goes above and beyond not just sometimes, but everytime and has never made me feel like a bother with my insurance or treatment questions. She’s even fought for me when insurance didn’t quite work out like we thought it would. She is nothing short of a rockstar!! All of the dentists and hygienists are 5 star, and most recently Dr. K and Leighanna made my appointment for a filling a breeze - Legitimately pain free. I just had composite veneers done by Dr. Grace and her assistant Gabby. They turned out phenomenal. The detail they put into these make them look like my actual teeth. I have been a patient and followed Dr. Grace for years now and since I’m a frequent flyer I’ve interacted with a lot of the staff. My favorite visits are always with Gabby especially when Dr. Grace and her are both in the room joking and having a good time, it makes me laugh and relax a little. I have always had dental anxiety and I feel it has lessened over the years because of Gabby and Dr. Grace respecting my fears and always making sure to explain what is about to happen and checking in that I’m doing okay.

Best dental experience EVER! My hygienist, Crystal, was a rock star and Dr. K was amazing! My teeth are in pretty bad shape and Dr. K and her team took their time, were thorough, and answered all of my questions. I was never made to feel ashamed or embarrassed at all. Just like every other appointment that I have had with Pragma my latest was Great! I came to Pragma Dental with a short timeline of when I needed things done, and was beyond anxious of all the work I knew must be done. Their first priority at Pragma is to make you feel comfortable. During your treatment you may watch Netflix with a blanket and they will be checking in with you and making sure you experience no pain.I could go on forever about how genuine and kind every single person in the office is.
